Diagnostic (1-2 hours of labor)
Checking your system for problems and recommending solutions.
(The diagnostic charge will be credited to any completed repairs)

New Hardware/Software Installation (About 1 hour of labor)
Installation or replacement of a hard drive, optical drive, modem,
network card, RAM, per item etc. Installation of a software program
such as AOL, Microsoft Office, etc.

Hardware/Software Repair/Replacement (1-2 hours of labor)
Replacement or repair of a hard drive, modem, or any other hardware.
Repair or reinstallation of a software program such as AOL,
Microsoft Office, etc.

Data Backup/Migration (1-4 hours of labor)
Backup of your data, restored to your computer after a reformatting,
or migrated to another computer. If any advanced data recovery methods
have to be used, they will be charged at the hourly rate.

Data Backup (1-2 hours of labor)
Backup of your data, either burned to CD’s or DVD’s or copied to a single
folder on another computer. Ifany advanced data recovery method~’ have
to be used, they will be charged at the hourly rate.

Virus/Spyware Removal (2-4 hours of labor)
Scanning your computer for viruses and/or spyware and removing them.
Also installing free anti-virus and anti-spyware software if you don’t have any.

Operating System Repair/Reinstallation (4-6 hours of labor)
Repair the Operating System ofyour computer when possible or reformatting
your hard drive and reinstalling your Operating System.

Hourly Repairs
Nonstandard repairs such as data recovery or in-store consulting and training
will be per hour charged at an hourly rate. Also rate for residential on-site
